Dinner
For 4 persons:
-4 medium sized sweet potatoes
-1 coffespoon of cinnamon
-1 star anise
-2 cloves
-1/4 cup of ginger syrup + agave syrup
-1 coffeespoon of fine orange peelings
-the juice of one orange
-1 tablespoon olive oil
-Preheat the oven on 200°C
-Cut the potatoes in slices of ca. 12 mm thick and arrange them in one layer in an oven tray
-Mix syrup, oil, juice and cinnamon and pour over sweet potatoes
-Sprinkle cloves, star anise and orange peelings over the potato slices
-Put in the oven untill tender
