I've embarked on a new project: granny blanket

I've been wanting one for ages. Making it on the other hand is something that I have unconsciously trying to postpone as long as possible. This is one of these projects that are very dangerous for me. I can get quite obsessive about them. And then after a few weeks, all of a sudden I'm tired of them, they end up somewhere on the attic to never be seen again.
Let's hope I can be slow and steady about this one :) I'm using all vintage, thrifted and leftover yarns so it will be a very eco-friendly blanky once it's done!

I am also in the process of making a granny blanket, it is supposed to be a birthday present for my baby sister but I am doubting I will get it done by then. I like the colours in your blanket.

I'm forever starting these and then running out of wool or getting bored and leaving the. I gave one to the cat but he won't go near it.
