Monday...
Another week, another plan.
I decided I needed to loose weight. I've been struggling with my weight as long as I can remember. My BMI (Body Mass Index) points at small overweight. I want to get back to a healty weight, with which I feel comfortable in my own skin.
I have had enough of diets, so this time I am determined to change my life-style. I want to stop eating more than necessery, eat healthy foods, reduce my alcohol consumtion to one glass of wine a week, and want to do more excercise. So far so good, I started last Thurseday, and everythings going great. I feel great and happy.
So, to celebrate, another little give-away for you. This time a cute flower brooch made with wool and cotton yarn and vintage buttons. As always: first come, first served!

Paper, good luck with the lifestyle change :). After I get back from my little NYC trip, I will attempt to start exercising and eating more healthy myself - without overdoing it :)

Whata great idea! I should loose some weight too but I need to find the right time to do so. Life is too stressy at the moment so I'll just have to wait a few more weeks.
